Windows shared hosting outage on 5. 7. – 6. 7. 2017

Each server won't be working for several minutes.

Customer center and Ordering system outage

Dear customers,

we are going to update our systems tonight. Therefore customers won't be able to visit customer center or create new orders. Outage is planned to start at 21:00. It will not take any longer than 5 minutes.

This updade will not effect any other services.

Ordering system outage on 25.11. – 27.11. 2016

Dear customers,

we are going to update our ordering system this weekend. Therefore customers won't be able to create new orders nor have acces to the Orders and payments detail in the customer center. Outage is planned from Friday 25.11. at 22:00 to Sunday 27.11. at 12:00.

This updade won't effect any other services.

Since you experience problems with connection to your mailboxes using standard mail clients like MS Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird, please make sure you are using the proper mailservers: The basic settings you need to send and receive emails:

- Server: POP3/IMAP/SMTP: email.active24.com
- POP3: port 995, SSL/TLS safety
- IMAP: port 993, SSL/TLS safety
- SMTP: port 465, SSL safety

Incoming mail Queues (Resolved)

We are currently experiencing queue on incoming email on the Exchange 2007 platform at this moment, this is affecting customers on our Exchange 2007 platform (customers accessing mail via web client or local client such as outlook on Active 24 servers may be affected).

There won't be any mail lost during this process.
