Mailaliases of old mailservers

Since you experience problems with connection to your mailboxes using standard mail clients like MS Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird, please make sure you are using the proper mailservers: The basic settings you need to send and receive emails:

- Server: POP3/IMAP/SMTP: email.active24.com
- POP3: port 995, SSL/TLS safety
- IMAP: port 993, SSL/TLS safety
- SMTP: port 465, SSL safety

Customer center and webmail technical issue (Resolved)

We are currently experiencing technical issues whith Customer Center page - customer.active24.com and webmail access - webmail.active24.com. To login to your email account please use this link rc.active24.cz.

Incoming mail Queues (Resolved)

We are currently experiencing queue on incoming email on the Exchange 2007 platform at this moment, this is affecting customers on our Exchange 2007 platform (customers accessing mail via web client or local client such as outlook on Active 24 servers may be affected).

There won't be any mail lost during this process.

Migration Update CZ

Update 08.02.2016 - 11:10

Some customers might experience issues logging into their OWA (Webmail), this is a result of the announced migration.

A small amount of customers might not yet see all their data present in their mail queues, this is under investigation. During this process no mails will be lost, local mail settings remain identical.

Some customers might have experienced connectivity issues with the new control panel; https://customer.active24.com/ all known issues have now been resolved. If you encounter any complications please let us know.

Linux Server – Error 500 (Resolved)

Some of our Websites on IP address 213.188.130.110 are currently unavailable.

You may see an error 500 appear on the screen

We are in the process of fixing the issue now, and hope to be up and running as soon as possible. We will update when we have more information.

Viktig – E-post fra Norid om at mitt .no domene er flyttet til ny registrar

I perioden fra 26.10.2015 til 06.11.2015 vil du som står som juridisk eier av ett .no domene hos Active 24 motta en e-post fra UNINETT Norid AS (avsender no-reply@registry.norid.no).

E-posten informerer deg om at ditt .no domener har fått vår underleverandør Ascio Technologies Inc. som ny registrar.

Endringen av registrar krever ingen handling fra din side og vil ikke påvirke dine tjenester.

Denne endringen er en del av forberedelsene til flytting av dine tjenester fra Active 24 til Loopia som du kan lese mer om her.

Loopia Mail migration 05.08.2015 Swedish customers moving to Loopia, will experience minor service interruptions to SMTP, POP and IMAP protocols for Hosted Exchange.
Work will commence between 22:00 and 23:00 this evening, the maximum duration/downtime expected will be less than 15 minutes for the different protocols.

Active 24 Sverige flyttar till Loopia

Från och med den 18 juni hänvisar vi alla nya kunder till Loopia, Sveriges största webbhotell. Vill du registrera ett domännamn, skapa en hemsida eller behöver ett webbhotell erbjuder Loopia det du behöver.

Från och med den 29 juli kommer kontrollpanelerna hos Active 24, MyAccount och MyActive24, att stängas ned för svenska och danska kunder och du kommer istället att hänvisas till Loopias moderna och responsiva kundzon där du kan fortsätta administrera dina nuvarande tjänster. Inloggningsdetaljer till Loopias kundzon kommuniceras till din e-post i samband med att dina domännamn och DNS-inställningar flyttas till Loopias plattform.

Active 24 har meddelat alla kunder via e-post om den kommande flytten och i samarbete med Loopia ger vi löpande och detaljerad information till varje kund under tiden flytten fortgår.

Change of control panel - Effective 29th of July (Active 24 Swedish and Danish customers only)

As part of the move to the Loopia platform, Active 24 (Swedish and Danish customers only), will be moved to Loopia Customer Zone effective 29th July. Customers can access the Loopia Customer Zone to administer all their existing services.

Active 24 control panels MyAccount and MyActive24 will be closed down from 29th July.

Login credentials to the Loopia Customer Zone will be sent to your technical e-mail, when your domain names and existing DNS-settings are moved to the Loopia Platform.

Solved
